High End Blender

I highly recommend Vitamix and its purchase through Best Buy...Awesome Blender...Also we blend the chili for chilaquiles, and it makes the salsa very well, no need to pour it through the strainer after blending (something you have to do with lower end blenders). Those were our two main concerns about making the jump since we would normally have to use special tools for these jobs. "
