Would rate it better if i actually received it
Preordered on the 21st. Got the base game code and entered into rhe EA app. I am now 11 hrs into the game and still have no access to the cosmetics . Been on the phone with Best But digital department 3 times now and was told to finally contact EA… EA tells people that items purchased from 3rd party sellers have to be corrected by the seller ie Best Buy … so its a circle and I am stuck in the middle with no solution

Where is my code? The game has come out (in a horrible state) and i still have yet yo receive my pre order bonus code. EA is silly

No pre order bonus for customers who pre ordered
In the same situation as many, no pre-order bonus received for pre-ordering. Both BB and EA dropped the ball on this.
