Q: Is this wireless Apple car play?
A: No it’s no wireless car play. The cord gets installed through the cigarette lighter so you need the cord still for CarPlay as it will not work wirelessly.

Q: What is the difference between this model and the 1300 dollar?
A: This is the flush mounted trim and plug and play harness option for the Wrangle JK models. The other kit you are talking about is the floating style screen mount (not flush mounted) and while the required adaptors are included, you would need to wire the interface harness to the radio harness. It is not as "plug and play."
