Q: QuestionWould the bike fit a large adult say 200 lb(5 answers)
A: AnswerSure will. I am 6'0" and 200 lbs and find it very comfortable. The long seat allows you to stretch out your legs. You can go up some steep hills if you use pedal assist. Mild hills just on throttle.Answered by Mike

Q: QuestionCan it fit more than one person?(2 answers)
A: AnswerHello! Thanks for reaching out to SWFT. Our ZIP e-bike is UL2489 safety-tested for single-rider use only. It is not recommended that you ride with 2 people. Foot pegs are not included on the ZIP e-bike. The ZIP is meant for one passenger with a maximum load weight of 265 lbs. We do not recommend having a passenger sit behind the rider, but will absolutely keep passenger bikes in mind as we expand our range.Answered by SWFT
Q: QuestionWhere is the key located in the product packaging?(2 answers)
A: AnswerThe key was located in the packaging with the owners manual and safety manual. The bike should come with 2 keys on a ring to remove and lock an secure the battery for the bike for east charging.Answered by Cricut
Q: Questioncan the seat be adjusted ? Im 6 foot tall 30 inseam(5 answers)
A: AnswerNo. It is not adjustable. BUT, I have a 30 inseam and the seat height is perfectly fine. My only gripe is the seat width which makes pedaling less than optimal in terms of comfort. Major drawback I’ve found is my inability to source a spare battery through Best Buy.Answered by Funfattire
Q: QuestionWhat is the maximum speed it will go uphill?(2 answers)
A: AnswerThis question is subjective. The grade of the hill and the weight of the rider greatly effects the speed. I have a slight grassy incline that I go up. Unfortunately, I don't know the grade but I'd say 5°-10°. If I'm above 15mph, the speed doesn't drop. Below that the speed drops. If it's less than 5mph, the bike struggles. I weigh ~200lbs.Answered by WyldeStile
Q: QuestionAre the electronics waterproof?(2 answers)
A: AnswerI rode in the rain. But if I am parked outside while at work I will just cover it a plastic bag to be safe.Answered by Mike
Q: QuestionWhat is the water resistance rating?(2 answers)
A: AnswerHello! SWFT's e-bikes are tested to UL2849, which puts them at an IPX4 rating, which is splash proof / water-resistant. The bikes are tested for safety for wet road conditions, but we do not recommend long exposure to water. It is recommended that your e-bike is stored in a dry location to prevent water damage to electronic components on your e-bike.Answered by SWFT

Well built
Very easy to assemble. No extra tools needed. This is my very 1st ebike. Did a little digging to get what fits best for my stat. I’m about 5-6’-130 so I feel the scrambler style fits my build. A little bit on the heavy side but I’m able to lift upstairs if needed. After assembly I took to a bike shop to check if everything was right, found the handle bars were kinda loose so check if everything’s tightened before you go out n thrash. I already put 325mi on the OD. As the battery depletes the climb gets weaker so when you go up hills at full bars you can go 14mph and @1-2 bars it goes down to 8-10mph. Haven’t been able to fully deplete the batt going to & from work which is abt 15-17 mi round trip & usu when I get back home I’m @ 2-1 bars showing in the panel but I check the bars on the batt itself it’s always @3bars so the readings seem slightly misleading. It takes about 4-5hrs to fully charge. It made going to & from work a lot more fun.

One Year Review
I bought this bike March 2022 and used it to commute to and from work to avoid parking fees. It is 5.2 miles each way, with a full battery I can get to work, back home and back to work again on a single charge with no peddling. See the picture, my odometer is currently at 270 miles. The removable battery makes charging easy. The only problems I had with the bike were in the first week. A small piece of wood punctured the rear wheel and blew out, almost throwing me off. I had to replace the tube and tire, I filled it with Flat Out and havent had any problems since. The day after I fixed the tire, I hit a hard bump and the kickstand popped open and it got ripped off. I recovered it and removed the broken screws. I contacted the company and they wanted $2 each plus tax and shipping. I still dont have a kickstand. Some tips: Get some rearview mirrors. I use the Meachow bike mirrors. I tried several turn signal options and they all broke easily. Oil your wheels. If there is friction you will drastically lose battery life. I use the NDakter bike bag, it fits in the triangle under the seat and holds all the tools I need to fix the bike, as well as a mini pump and patch kit. I use the Sigtuna U bike lock, the lock fits perfect on the center support.

Great Bike-Poor Quality Parts
I LOVED this bike for the 2 weeks I had it. Several comments whenever I took it out. Purchased for leisure and after dinner rides. The second day I had the bike the sixth gear tine was missing an edge and the chain would fall off. I decided to keep it in 4th gear to keep the chain on. The second week after only 4 short leisure rides the metal block on the neck cracked. Unfortunately I had to return the bike. Would consider an upgraded version in the future if the parts were better quality.
