Could be worse, but not the best
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I do like how the games are sorted out into five categories, card, puzzle, action, word, and one other I can't recall. what I don't like, most of these games last 'forever', as in you play until you lose. Well one time I played for 45 minutes. I don't like having a marathon, I like playing a game to kill a few minutes. And there is no 'return later' option beyond closing the lid, which drains the battery. The game has 'wizard points' (25 per game) and badges to earn, something i'm sure was meant to motivate, but all it did was get me to read and see what i needed to do to earn the badge. And once a game is mastered, there's not much drive to keep playing it. Some of the games feel 'rigged' to have you never win, such as the pipe sludge game where the game will sometimes never give you a piece you need to finish. And you are crippled by a lack of direction and 'how to play' info. In the canon fire game I have yet to figure out how to use the extra ammo that I win. I've also had an issue with the games that have me moving something around on the screen - such as guiding the ball through the electromaze - and the simple fact of my stylus making the screen hard to see, i can't see where i'm going because the stylus blocks my view. Not the worst game out there, but disappointing considering how many times I've played Touchmaster 2 and 1. If they release a touchmaster 4, it won't be a 'gotta have' but a 'wait and see what others say' because I don't feel this was worth the 29.99 price tag. For #4, I would love to see a 'pick it up later' save function and more explanation of how to play the games, because I've been playing some since Christmas and still haven't figured them out.

Touchmaster 3
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This version of Touchmaster is far superior to the first two. Seems to be a progression. First is primary - 2 is better, 3 is best. Makes me hungar for 4! These games are very addicting. The screen graphics are very good and they have taken some of the Touchmater 2 games on o the next level. Great game if you like puzzle games.
