A: Yes, you are able to use the Stealth 600 and Stealth 700 Gen 2 for PlayStation on PC as well. Our only suggestion would be to start with the headset's volume level turned down and work your way up to a volume you find comfortable, as they are tuned specifically for the PlayStation consoles.

A: This headset comes with a transmitter that will connect directly to the console. That transmitter is what would send audio to your headset. Further set up instructions for this model headset and the PS5 can be found within the Support section of the main Turtle Beach website.

A: This headset is for the PlayStation and would not have any Xbox compatibility.
Q: can they connect to the nintendo switch while the console is docked to the television?
A: Yes. This headset uses a USB transmitter that connects to the dock itself. The console would need to be docked in order for the headset and its transmitter to work properly with your Nintendo Switch.
Q: Can you purchase a replacement wireless usb dongle?
A: We have replacement USB dongles for this model headset available for purchase on the main Turtle Beach website.
A: No. it looks like the USB port is only wired for charging - audio either goes through the USB dongle or not at all.
Q: Is this Headset compatible with Apple Products?
A: No, this headset does not feature any sort of Bluetooth that would allow it to pair to a mobile device (tablet, smartphone). With that being said, the Stealth 700 GEN 2 for Playstation will be equipped with Bluetooth. You may be interested in that model upon its release.
