Whirlpool - 30" Built-In Single Electric Wall Oven - Biscuit

Purchased this oven to replace a previous Whirlpool oven that came with our house when it was built new. Previous up failed after 12.5 years. Wanted to stay with Whirlpool because I've had a good experience with their products over the years. The oven has been in for two weeks now and we have used it quite a bit. Easy operation, heats/cooks much better and more consistent vs my previous oven. It looks great also just sitting there! I did my homework on ovens and read many of the reviews prior to this purchase. I saw folks complaining about the noise from the fan while the oven is running and after during the cooling period. I'll tell you this oven is much more quiet than my previous oven. So if I was ok with the noise before, this is an improvement. All of these ovens will have some kind of noise from the fan as that is the only way it can dissipate the heat. Installation wasn't difficult other than you need a second person to lift and slide in the oven. If you follow the directions to install this oven (to include removing the door during installation) you can't go wrong.

It's been over a month now since we had our oven installed. It cooks evenly and looks great! Plenty of options. You need to pay attention when preheating the oven. It automatically is set to "rapid preheat" which is only to be used with a single rack. If using multi rack you need to select the proper setting for multi rack preheat. Otherwise it can damage the racks and oven. The only thing that we didn't like was the aweful smell it produced when turned on for the first time. The installler didn't tell us this was going to happen and we had to open every window in the house for several hours to get the smell out. It took 7 to 10 uses before he smell minimizes. Therefore don't freak out! Just leave the house and ventilate. Overall the oven is solid, looks great and works as expected.

Wow... this oven does everything I need and more. I am not one to buy "gadgets and gismos" but this oven is very functional and has quite a few bells and whistles. It has a great size to the cooking area and will accommodate every cookie sheet and roaster I have. I highly recommend this oven.

We purchased this oven to replace our old one the broke. Very simple and easy to install (just slid it in and connected the four wires with wire nuts). This oven heats up very quickly and cooks with and even heat.

Oven was super easy to install and operate. Much more efficient then our old Kenmore. Cleaning the oven is almost effortless. Looks really good but cooks even better.

I like the look and quality of this oven. The bottom coil is hidden which will make cleaning easier. The fan is noisier than my old oven. I believe it helps circulate heat for more even cooking. It becomes background noise and less noticeable over time. Cooking Thanksgiving dinner was a breeze. Even cooking and correct temperature settings.

Excellent choice for the price and features. Makes our old oven look ancient. Oven looks great along with all of our other stainless steel appliances. Did a lot of price shopping before purchasing and Best Buy had better pricing and was very pleased with price match offer on all the appliances that were purchased.

The oven is awesome. Heats up fast, looks good and it's easy to keep clean.
