Q: what is the differnce between the diamond steel and chrome shadow
A: On the chrome shadow machine the whole thing is painted with a gray metallic paint. On the diamond steel machine the top is painted with a silver metallic paint that matches the control panel portion of the machine. The lower face of the machine below the control panel is stainless steel. I was asking the same question in getting bad results when I was looking to buy this machine. The chrome shadow machine looks nice. I just wanted the stainless steel look.
Q: Does these front load Whirpool Washers sit on a pedestal?
A: Yes they do, but the pedestal is not included.
