This washing machine has a very large, stainless steel tub. Extremely quiet, but very efficient. We have children who do their own laundry and this machine is very user friendly. The automatic fill setting is a plus and takes the guessing out of how much water should be used per load. The spin cycle is super efficient and has really helped in reducing the drying time. Overall, a great product.

My main goal for a washer is clean clothes without any extra hassles. I don't want to have to worry about mold, soap buildup, and smell that many of the new washers have unless you take extra precautions to do extra rinse cycles, air out or wipe down. After much research, it also seemed that washers with agitators got clothes cleaner & were a lot less expensive. The disadvantages were they were harder on clothes & they were not as pretty or modern looking. My clothes were fine with my old washer & the new washer is much more gentle than the old. Both old & new have cycles for hand wash & delicates when needed. This one is really quiet, too. There is not a large selection of agitator washers but this one being energy efficient seemed to be the best choice to get my clothes clean, hassle-free!

I have really enjoyed my new washing machine. I'm glad I found a big non-HE with an agitator. The installer didn't necessarily care for this model, which worried me a little. It has been working great for us. The tub is HUGE compared to our old machine. Our older dryer has a hard time getting the larger loads dry. We have to remind ourselves to not do such large loads of laundry. It is very quiet as well. We have to open our laundry room door just to see if it's running. No complaints or problems thus far.

We just bought this to replace a Samsung HE top loader that kept having problems. I just wanted an old school washing machine like my old one but they are getting harder to find. I am sometimes baffled by the HE thing. Sure they use less water, but the run twice as long. Most HE washers don't use enough water, take too long to clean, and do a poor job of cleaning. This one has an agitator and a manual setting that makes it work just like your old one did. It has an auto sensing feature that makes it HE, but I never use it. Cleans clothes. Relatively quiet. No complaints so far. Doesn't hold as many clothes as the Samsung, but they come out clean and that's more important to me. It is also less digital and hopefully will be easier to work on.

We've had this washer now for a few months. I will say that it's been good so far. We have used the 'auto sensor' for the water level and haven't had any of the issues some people described (clothes not wet). For us, it's worked out great. One of the biggest changes we noticed was how dry the clothes are when the cycle is done. We can dry an average load in 50 minutes - whereas before we had to dry them for 70-80 minutes. The spin cycle on this washer is certainly better than our old machine. It is louder than our old washer. When it starts to spin, you know it. Our washroom is next to our living room, so it's quite noticeable at night when we're trying to watch TV. However, we've since gotten used to it and barely notice it now. Visiting guests do wonder what is trying to land in our backyard. Overall - we're very pleased with the washer. The reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is for noise.
