I dont see where are the benefits of it, i just pay 29.99 for something that not expained to me or for something to register online with a pasword that in the box!! nothing..
Can someone tell me exactly what this is?

Posted by: Dino81 from Rockaway NJ on 12/12/2008For $29.99, the Geek Squad in the Rockaway NJ store, updated my XBOX 360 with the latest firmware and set up the parental controls for me. It allowed me to use the system to it's fullest and calmed my nerves as to what my kids are watching or playing on the 360. I almost forgot the best part.....if you don't feel like waiting the 15 mins in the store, for a little more they'll go to your house and do the set up.
