Posted by: musicisgood from des moines ia. on 05/17/2013this unit is fantastic nothing but good to say im blown away ,with all the enhanments ,i like the hands free blue tooth phone the best ,the hd radio is so good , info of artist super nice feature alot more presets than my oe radio that i really like,alot clearer sound than the oe also,has made listening a pleasure . i read some reviews hard to operate not so is pretty simple once you get to using it .

Good system for the money.

Not a big issue as it is easy to setup. There is new firmware that should resolve the issue so I will look at loading it. All in all happy with the unit.

(HD radio, Bluetooth, iPod, pandora) and it all works great. If you have your iphone hooked up via USB you can even use Siri. All in all I love this stereo but I wish it was easier to navigate the menus, see the screen during the day and you really need to study the owners manual to figure everything out.

Great stereo upgrade

The only downfall is it takes some time to download pandora and my phone contacts when it first sets up. Otherwise once you hit the road it works good.

Great equipment when it works

Posted by: gatorkj from Oklahoma CIty, OK on 03/30/2013I bought this stereo for the bluetooth and pandora capabilities. It was/is a great stereo. It just one day quit playing audio for me. I took it back to best buy and they "fixed" it for me. They just bypassed the sound instead of running it through. This fixed the audio problem, but I could no longer control my lows, mids, and highs. I took it back and they said that this is a problem they see quite a bit with this particular stereo of Kenwood. I hate that I have to take it back and thought about simply just resetting it every time since they said that resetting it will fix it. What really sucks is since it is past 30 days, they have to send it off, and I will be without a radio for that period. But I figured for the price I paid for it, I don't want to have to keep popping the hood, undoing the negative cable, and then reset all my presets every time. Again, it's a great radio, but to have to reset it every time it messes up is just not what I would like to do. Maybe if I hadn't bought new speakers at the same time, I would not be as upset about it, but I want to get the quality out of the speakers that I got also.

Stopped Working in 6 days

It has evey feature possible and easy to use and set up. Built in Bluetooth works seamlessly with my iphone both hands free and bluetooth audio. Pandora....full functions next, pause, thumbs up & down plus title and artist information displayed, what else can you say!
The multi choice colors of the display, I am able to match the factory look of my Fiat 500's dash display.
With the optional adaptor (see below) for factory steering wheel controls I can control the head unit and never have to take my eyes off the road to do anything.
Hands down this is the unit to get.
The only down side is it has no radio presets on the unit itself, though it is on the remote.
