Flash value (FV) lock

Adjustable head
Tilts down to 7° or up to 90° with click-stops at -7°, 0°, 45°, 60°, 75° and 90°. Rotate the head horizontally up to 180°.
Wireless Commander mode
Controls up to 2 remote Speedlight groups, as well as an unlimited number of Speedlights. Select up to 3 groups when used as a remote Speedlight. Four wireless channel options help eliminate multicamera conflicts.
Rotary select dial
Sets key functions. Master and remote control switch makes operation easy.
Flash tube overheat protection
Increases the recycle time when the Speedlight detects heat buildup to prevent overheating.

Incredible entry level flash

Using the swivel head has been my favorite function to date as I am just not learning how to bounce light. Yes the cost is a bit much however in the long run you will be glad that you did.

The improvements in my photography have shown since day 1 using my SB700. Recommended as well to newbies and those starting out in photography as well as intermediate users.
