Q: What’s the waist line minimum and maximum
A: Hi there! There is no minimum size for the Venom 2 Back as the adjustable velcro wrap can wrap around itself and be attached anywhere on the device. The maximum waist size for the Venom 2 Back is 47 inches, although we do have an additional extender that will add 10 inches to the wrap if needed. Please just reach out to [email protected] to get an extender sent to you!
Q: How long can I keep on charge? Does it do harm if left on charger?
A: While it's not recommended or necessary to leave the product on the charger indefinitely, it should not cause any problems with the battery. Over-charging protections are put into all of our products as we account for them to be used in various types of facilities. The Venom 2 takes about 6 hours to charge completely if the battery is completely drained. This can also be checked on by looking at the battery indicator light next to the charging port when plugged in. When that light is a solid green color, then the device is fully charged.
