Love this fridge! It looks beautiful inside and out and it holds so much more than we expected. After dealing with another brand for years with an ice maker that never worked, we wanted to find a refrigerator that did not have the in door water/ice feature. The auto fill pitcher is great. Love being able to take it out and pour for large needs, or just use the spout for a glass. We haven’t had any issues so far with the autofill feature not working so the pitcher is always full. The only annoyance of this fridge though is that if you slam the door hard, a small amount of water can leak inside onto the fridge by the drawers. This can be easily wiped up with a paper towel, but we ended up putting a small microfiber drying mat inside that does the trick. The extra sliding drawer in the freezer was another feature we love. Doesn’t seem like much, but having the ability to store pizza boxes or other flatter items away from the big drawers keeps them from getting smushed. Overall super happy with this purchase.

So much space! The doors alone held as much as our previous refrigerator. Sleek and simple. No front electronics to mess with/worry about breaking. A beautiful appliance as well. Opening the doors and seeing the backlight is fun! I’ve never had “fun” with a fridge but this one is incredible. The middle drawer is awesome for quick snacks etc. especially for kids. GE appliances are often easier to get fixed/service than LG/Samgsung/others though this varies with area — check which brands are easily serviced in your area before buying any fridge!!!!!

Luxury in the finish and interior lighting. Soft lighting relaxes the eyes upon opening the door. A vastness seems to greet the eye because the shelves and cabinet depth are benefited by a fully illuminated back panel, it is not an artifact of the lighting, this appliance seems to ask entreat and accept an abundance of goods. The GE Café is beautiful, and lends itself to customization of color on the handles to match one’s designs. The standard stainless and accent copper band marquee are a perfect elegance. Strawberries are crisp and fresh 3-4 days and more, something impossible in our last middle drawer & lower freezer appliance. Moisture control is fantastic as is the steady temperature. The freezer has amazing space availability. The ice machine pan is greatly appreciated for its simple accessibility to grasp a handful of ice cubes as a relief from the in-door mechanism which I’ve struggled to repair and replace twice in other refrigerators. Simple is elegant and near perfection. My wife is ecstatic in this appliance quality. That’s what counts. A bit of consideration to momentum and the weight on each upper door, the cold water pitcher is convenient for a quick cold beverage. When it is filled there is more mass for the door to swing on its angle of momentum, and I think that creates the effect of blocking the escape of a slight amount of air when the right door is closed. The right door is lighter by design and the retracting seal is slightly rigid which makes air escape a little difficult if the door doesn’t bounce back a tiny bit. Use sensible care in not keeping liquids in the door-pitcher a length of time and keep a half gallon of milk and bottled water or favorite breakfast juice in the right door shelf and you won’t notice any issues. It’s merely a very functional seal doing its job. My wife’s smile is the 5 star rating, along with fresh strawberries in my morning meal.
