Great unit, beyond heavy.
Everything about this unit is great. Tested the heating and the air and it works fine. Cord is nice and long. Comes with brackets, expanders....etc. The only down side, and its a big one, is this is 66lbs. I've used AC units since the 80s, some double this size almost, and they were lighter. Not sure if its because of the heater end of it (not had one like that before). But even for a man in his 40s like myself, it was so darn heavy and a pain to move.

Great value!
It gets a 5-star rating due to the incredible value for an LG AC/heat combo unit. It was a bit tough to install but it's super-secure, it's never going to fall out of the window LOL. It's only been running for about a month in June but so far, so good.
