Great unit, beyond heavy.

Cord is nice and long. Comes with brackets, expanders....etc. The only down side, and its a big one, is this is 66lbs. I've used AC units since the 80s, some double this size almost, and they were lighter. Not sure if its because of the heater end of it (not had one like that before). But even for a man in his 40s like myself, it was so darn heavy and a pain to move.

It was a bit tough to install but it's super-secure, it's never going to fall out of the window LOL. It's only been running for about a month in June but so far, so good.

Cooling performance is strong, with fast temperature drop even in larger rooms.
