A: Hello Redtruck, The Echo Show 11 is made up of the 11 inch touch screen attached to the main base unit. The base unit contains the 360 degree speakers as well as the power and processing components for the device. The two pieces are attached so if you wanted to turn the Show 11 to face a certain direction the whole unit needs to be turned. There are separate accessory stands that swivel that are available on Amazon.com for $39.99. I actually purchased this stand myself. I have it sitting on my kitchen counter and I wanted to be able to move it without sliding it on the counter. If you aren't looking for a swiveling stand, Everything you need to get you up and running comes right in the box. As long as you have an existing Amazon account, or set a new one up for free, that's all you need to get rolling. I hope this answers your question!

Alexa echo show 11 review
I love this device it makes my kitchen look more high end, has a great speaker-that get very loud but sound stays in one room so doesn’t cause disturbance in other rooms of the apt or with the neighbors I love the calendar settings, schedules for my daily activities, also how easy it is to get recipes and grocery list sent straight to my phone

My experience with my new Alexa!
The Alexa screen is really useful and easy to use. The screen is clear and bright, and it makes things way better than just a regular Alexa speaker. I like being able to see the weather, time, and reminders at a glance. Watching videos, checking recipes, and video calling are super convenient. Alexa hears commands well and responds fast. It’s great for music, smart home controls, and daily routines. Overall, it’s a great device and definitely worth it if you want a smart assistant with a screen. I give all my props to Best Buy!
