Well fortunatly I get the promotion in this Beauty Watch, time shiping exeptional, package normal, Apple case package a litle scratch but is acceptable, inside content: no instructiins manuals but instead add a white bans S/M that was a surprise, Watch condition (the most important thing) 10/10 no scratches or damage, no protectors stickers like the original but that is de deal, comes with no charge at all, funcionality: no issues at all. A good thing abaout this kind of product could be a certain inside information about what was chaged or fixed or just an open box product. So happy with Best Buy and this programs

The sapphire glass broke on the very first tap. Kinda disappointed

I was a late adopter of the Apple Watch and I was even a little unsure of it after my purchase. However, after spending a month wearing it, I love the convenience of checking notifications at a glance without having to grab my phone, responding to texts quickly, and the look and feel of the watch. As a bonus, being able to customize the band and watch face make it super versatile. Going Geek Squad refurbished was a great way to save $ as well!

Loved the watch til it fell off the counter while charging. The magnetic band got pulled into the magnetic charger and the motion caused it to fall off the counter and crack the sapphire screen. While I think this is an inherent design flaw, I was further disappointed to discover that because I couldn't add AppleCare when I bought it due to it being refurbished, I was left with no recourse. They don't repair them, only replace them, so the money I initially saved by buying a refurbished one will be eaten up by having to buy another one.

Overall a great product, an incredible piece of technology. I’m still behind the times with an iPhone 5S, but have suffered no connection issues at all. I’m not crazy about the charging device, and wish it didn’t need to be charged every night. But I’m sure it will take time to extend the battery power for any meaningful length. The other thing that I would like to see is a way to keep the watch display lit. There are times when I would like discreetly to look at the time, but the watch does not display with slow and discreet movement. I'm happy I went with the stainless, and like the Milanese loop.

Scoured the Internet for the lowest possible price with most buyer assurance, was not surprised to be led to Best Buy over and over again. Received my package fairly quickly with standard shipping, and it works like a charm. Would've thought it was brand-new in box. All of my colleagues do!

I pick up my Apple Watch and it looked brand new, not a scratch on it and I have been wearing it since, very easy to use.
