he GEEKOM A8 Max Mini PC has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and overall value. The compact form factor is impressive, but it still delivers the processing power needed for demanding multitasking, productivity applications, streaming, and everyday computing. Performance is fast and responsive, with excellent system responsiveness when running multiple applications simultaneously. The small footprint also makes it easy to integrate into a clean, efficient workspace without sacrificing capability. I purchased mine through Best Buy, and the ordering process was seamless with exceptionally fast delivery. Overall, the GEEKOM A8 Max is an excellent choice for anyone looking for desktop-class performance in a compact Mini PC. Highly recommended for both productivity and home use. It has all the ports on the front and back you could need. I like it so much I might upgrade to the higher end model

This mini-PC completely exceeded my expectations. Its fast, quiet and doesn't overheat like the old tower. It even performs better than my 16 in laptop and takes up half the space. You can do some light gaming or editing with this which is incredible considering the price point here. The Ryzen 7 paired with the 16GB RAM definitely makes just about anything that I do instant and with a 1TB SDD I don't have to worry about running out of space for a longgg time.

I originally purchased this as a replacement to the fishtank sized tower computer I have had, so I could reduce the clutter on the desk and in the room. This GEEKOM unit actually has far better performance than what I replaced and cramming all that performance into this small product is crazy. It has plenty of output ports. I also tried this to drive my AI, so I could offload that work from my laptop. I was surprised at how it performed in this case as well. Considering that I was just looking to reduce clutter, this blows away expectations. The days of the fishtank-sized desktop computers are coming to an end with products like this!!

Yeah it's alright for the price. Does what I need for work and some games, runs quiet and doesn't get hot. Easy to set up. Not super fast but not bad for a mini PC.

This is a fantastic Mini PC. If you’re looking for something with a smaller form factor that packs a punch, this PC is for you. Don’t be dissuaded by your unfamiliarity with the brand; this computer is of the same (if not higher) quality than many of the Mini PCs I’ve seen on the market at a consumer-friendly price point. It is refreshing to have a powerful PC with a smaller form factor. Although I loved my tower PC, it's nice to have something that doesn’t take up much space. The design itself is very slick - to the untrained eye, it doesn’t really look like a computer, which I love. It’s small enough to fit in my backpack and this is the first time I’ve felt comfortable traveling with a desktop computer. I can tell there was a lot of thought and intention behind where fans are located and ports are placed. The choice of ports here is exceptional. USB-A ports outnumber USB-C 3 to 1 and there are two HDMI outs which is perfect for my setup. The build quality on this machine feels phenomenal, it has a decent weight to it, and the light up power button is a nice touch. Additionally, it’s nice to see a silver piece of hardware in a world where most of it is black or white. The computer is also mountable if you would like to mount it to the wall or the bottom of your desk. For my day to day needs, this computer is perfect. It can comfortably surf the web with multiple windows and tabs open, play music, and use two monitors without any hiccups or the fans getting too loud. Games with lower graphical requirements run like a champ. They performed consistently well throughout, and the fans never got too loud. Games with medium graphic qualities worked better than I anticipated. The fan speed may have fluctuated a bit more here, but that is to be expected of a machine not specifically built for gaming. I had a consistent framerate throughout, and gameplay was buttery smooth. While you technically can play games with higher graphical requirements, I would save them for a machine with a little more power. All things considered, I was pleasantly surprised by how good these games looked on the lowest settings. There were some inconsistencies with framerate (often struggling to stay at or above 30 frames per second), but that is to be expected of a device with these specs. The fans were working a bit harder here, but they never got too loud. If you’re looking to get a new mini PC, this is an incredible choice. From the form factor, ports included, specs, and how the computer runs, I couldn’t ask for more!

This machine is my go-to device for content creation and heavy office work. Its 4.9GHz max turbo clock means I never hit lag, even when I run dozens of professional programs side by side.

The small size saves a lot of desk space while still providing strong performance for everyday computing, office work, multitasking, and creative tasks. Setup was simple because Windows 11 Pro was already installed, and the system was ready to use shortly after connecting the monitor, keyboard, and mouse. The compact design looks clean on a desk, and the cooling system keeps operation smooth during longer work sessions.

I’m totally blown away by how many high-end ports this mini PC comes with: dual USB4, dual 2.5GbE LAN and Wi-Fi 6E. As a designer, I constantly hook up tons of peripherals, and this setup fits my workflow perfectly.

does a good job for what is intended. Mounting is easy to wall or board.

Pleasantly surprised by the speed of this mini PC. I needed something to run a security system off of and plug it into my TV and this does the trick plus I’m using it as a picture back up. You could probably use this for gaming if you wanted to given the specs on it.
