A: Thanks for your question. Generally, when you connect a soundbar, like the JBL Cinema SB570, to your TV using an HDMI cable through the ARC/eARC ports, the TV will automatically recognize it as the default audio output device. If your TV also has CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) enabled, you can use a single remote (either the TV's or the soundbar's) to control both devices' power and volume.
A: Thank you for reaching out. We want to ensure that the Bluetooth functionality of your newly purchased JBL Cinema Soundbar 570 is working properly. Please turn on the unit, press the source button, and select Bluetooth. Check your TV's Bluetooth list for the name of the soundbar. If you're having trouble connecting, try unplugging the unit for a minute, then attempt to connect again. You can also try pairing it with a different device like phone or tablet. If the issue persists, reset the soundbar by pressing and holding the power and source buttons for more than 10 seconds to restore factory settings. If you need more help, please contact us at: (800) 336-4525.
A: Thanks for your question. Our JBL Cinema SB570 is a 3.1 channel sound system, which means it features left, right, and center channels along with a dedicated subwoofer.
A: Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, there is no option to connect the JBL Charge 3, Charge 5, and Pulse speaker to our JBL Cinema Soundbar 570.
Q: Will this work for a 65 inch Samsung TV?
A: Yes. It works with mine.
Q: Can it be used for outdoor? Covered
A: Thanks for your question. Our JBL Cinema SB570 is designed for indoor use, so while it can be placed in a covered outdoor area, it should be kept away from rain, humidity, and direct sunlight, as it is not weather‑proof or water-resistant.
Q: What year did this come out? Why no reviews on the item
A: undefined
Q: is this a newer version of the SB550? Is this 3.1 or 2.1?
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Our JBL Cinema SB550 and JBL Cinema SB570 are the same versions with 3.1 channels.

Customers frequently mention the excellent sound quality of the Cinema Soundbar 570 2.1-channel soundbar. The deep, rich bass produced by the subwoofer is a highlight for many users. Overall, customers seem very satisfied with the sound performance of this soundbar.
I picked up the JBL Cinema SB570 2.1 and it’s a solid upgrade from my TV speakers. Setup was easy — the soundbar looks nice and the wireless subwoofer pairs quickly. Dialogue is much clearer, and movies get decent bass for the size. It’s not earth-shattering in big rooms, but for a small-to-medium living room it’s great. Has HDMI eARC, optical, and Bluetooth which is handy. If you want better TV sound without a bunch of speakers, this is worth it.

I had been shopping around looking for a moderately priced soundbar setup to replace my ancient Sharp audio system that quit working. Originally I was looking at Samsung and sony soundbars as they are very highly rated when I stumbled across this JBL system. I have a medium sized living room and this system is connected via optical cable to my older 46" Samsung TV that does not have eARC connection. Setup was an absolute breeze right out of the box. I merely plugged in the soundbar to an outlet, connected the optical cable, then plugged in the subwoofer to an electrical outlet. Both parts immediately recognized each other and my TV immediately recognized this as an audio source. After playing some music and tweaking the EQ settings I fired up a Star Wars movie and was blown away by the sound! One important thing is this is labled as 2.1 system but it is actually 3.1 system (left, right, and cernter channels from the soundbar with the bass from the sub). Short of being in an IMAX theater, this JBL system made it seem like I was in the theater An added bonus was Best Buy having this item on sale for a reduced price. Grab one of these JBL systems for yourself and I promise you won't be disappointed - highly recommended!
