This compact microphone makes listening in noisy environments easy so that you can relax and enjoy the conversation. The main purpose of a companion microphone is to bring desired sounds, like someone’s voice, directly to the hearing aids. Your Lexie Lumen hearing aid can connect to a companion microphone via Bluetooth and one of the listening environments/programs. You will be required to purchase the companion microphone separately.
