Q: How do i switch modea and how do i know if it's ,2 or 3and what is each one for?
A: One must hold the volume rocker switch down for a few seconds. For me it took longer than expected. I would say at least 3 to 4 seconds. Each level has a corresponding beep. I.e. 1 beep - level 1, etcetera. I believe each mode is described on their website. I’m still learning myself.
Q: are they android and / or bluetooth compatable thru an app
A: They don't use an app. they are designed for seniors who don't have, don't like to use ,or have trouble using apps on a smart phone. Everything is done with buttons on the hearing aids.
Q: How do they fit with glasses?
A: I wear glasses & have no problems with using with my hearing aids.
Q: Is this returnable if the senior cannot use it?
A: It is returnable within a certain number of days.
Q: Is it possible to purchase replacement domes for the Linner Mercury, in only the size that I need?
A: Youll need to purchase different brand of buds before replacing anything on these These are crap right out of the box. 1 ear was buzzing. . Amd my father still couldnt hearvthe buxz .i heatd from 10 feet away. They wete damaged from the beginning returned next day.

A: Diesnt matter what it means. These ate crap!
