Its says its for 10 days but I have been doing it for 3 weeks 3-4 times a week. It has 2 sections upper body and lower body. So I alternate back and forth. I really like the excercises. They are really simple easy moves and she talks you through it the whole dvd. Its fun and I'm seeing results in my energy level. Its all in how hard you want to push yourself. Before this dvd I rarely worked out, but its just the push I need. All you need is 2 sets of dumbbells I use a 3lb set and a 5lb set. And I'm tired after about 15min.
