Q: How much built-in memory...not the 128G card. Is it 8G, 16G, or 32G? How much RAM too please?
A: I have the 128gb version, but there are also 32gb and 64gb versions. The ram on the 64gb and 128gb versions is 3gb, the 32 GB version comes with 2gb ram. For that reason I would recommend staying away from the 32gb version of the Tab A 2019.
Q: What is the small pin-like metal key for that was included in the box for this tablet?
A: It's main use is to eject the tray that holds the SD card if you use one. There is a small hole in the tray that the key is pushed into to release the tray.

A: You can get with 6gb of ram for same price but not from Best Buy. Search on line. Best Buy version have only 3 gb.

A: Yes, you can use an S pen with this Tab.
Q: What charger comes with the Tab A 10.1" 128gb?
A: It reads.....Samsung Travel Adapter...Model EP-TA50JWE....Input: 100-240 V - 50-60 Hz 0.30 A .....Output: 5.0 V===1.55 A It looks like a standard charger. I hope this is helpful.
Q: it says 1 item provided free. how do I find out what that item is?
A: The "free" item is shown below to the far right, under neath the price. It says " Free Item with purchase". If you click that link it will pop open a window that says you get ~ "Webroot Internet Security + Antivirus 2018 (3-Device) (6 Month Subscription) - Android|Windows|iOS [Digital] A $29.99 value". Its just plain virus software. I have included a screen shot to show it for you.
Q: How much RAM does it have? I know about 16, 64, 128? They are hiding how much RAM it has.
A: The 128gb and 64gb versions come with 3gb of ram while the 32gb version comes with 2gb. I understand that some of the models sold overseas may have a different configuration but this is what the US models come with.
