I bought this laptop from the summer until now, so here is what I see and feel after using it for about 3 months. First of all, the design is quite simple, modern, not too "bulky" like many other gaming laptops, and in terms of quality, although it is a plastic shell, it is solidly finished, not flimsy. However, the surface is quite easy to get fingerprints. I'm not too sure about the screen, I'm just a normal person who buys it for use, so I don't know about this issue, but I see good colors, the brightness is just enough for use in the room. Talking about performance, I find it very stable for gaming and working, I'm a light gamer and do things that are not too high, so my fan is not too noisy, when playing games (not too heavy games) the laptop fan is not too noisy. Talking about just working, not playing games, I feel that it has no fan noise at all, it is not noisy. When I bought the laptop, I was quite hesitant to buy it because I was afraid that the fan noise would be as loud as other Gaming laptops, but after I bought it, I was very satisfied with my Victus 15 Laptop. The keyboard is good to type on, the key travel is moderate, and there is a simple white backlight. The battery life is not impressive - not too long for mixed use. One thing I am not happy and satisfied with is that my laptop's WIFI often drops for a few seconds and then I have to reconnect. I don't know if this is due to my laptop or Windows. I think I will need to ask Best Buy about this. Right now everything is fine, only the WIFI is abnormal. Thank you for taking your time to read this little Review of mine.

When I’m not gaming, though, it’s eerily quiet, which is a nice contrast that balances performance with everyday usability. Battery life and thermals have been manageable so far. The laptop stays relatively cool during normal use, though you’ll definitely want to game near a power outlet. Why I Gave It a High Rating: Excellent value: Packed with mid-high-end specs at a surprisingly low price. Strong gaming chops: Handles modern titles smoothly, including beta releases. Quiet during light tasks: No fan distraction when not gaming. Solid build & display: The 144 Hz Full-HD panel really elevates the gaming experience. A Couple of Notes: Fan noise under heavy gaming: Consider using headphones or setting fan curves if the noise gets distracting. Memory/Storage Expansion? If you plan to handle large game libraries or heavy multitasking, you might want to upgrade RAM or add extra storage down the line.

This laptop handles things fantastically! My partner and I game a lot, and we wanted something more limited space friendly, that we could enjoy games on. We play all sorts of games, from Sims, or Peak, to DayZ or Fallout 76. We’ve never run into an issue with graphics, lagging, overheating, or anything else of the sort! I can’t really speak on battery life, as we leave it plugged in most days when we play (which isn’t necessarily great- but we play for hours on end sometimes, so having it have access to constant power is good for us) - however, on days it has been unplugged, it never dies quickly- and it doesn’t die if left unplugged overnight (like some other laptops we have owned previously) This Laptop comes with tons of the gaming/streaming necessities. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a good gaming laptop!

This laptop is my first "gaming laptop" and only my second laptop ever purchased. The main thing that stands out is the center of the keyboard gets hot. I thought it may have had to do with the fact the vents are on the bottom of the laptop (dumb place for vents) and maybe not enough air was circulating so I put a small box under the end to elevate it off the desk some - it's not helping, so I'm now shopping for a laptop cooling pad. That said, this laptop checked off most boxes I had when shopping for a new laptop. These are some of the things I wanted and are included: - A numeric keypad - A backlit keyboard - Compact size - Lightweight - A quiet fan - Budget friendly but not "cheap" - Reputable brand - Decent amount of RAM - Ryzen 7 A couple things I wanted that this doesn't have: - USB C power supply (learned after researching most gaming laptops require pin style power adapter because they require more power - there were some laptops with USB C power adapters, but not many that met my specifications) - More USB ports would be nice. This one only has 1 USB C and 2 USB A ports I use an external wired mouse, connect an external hard drive, sometimes use USB headphones, and a USB printer, so 4 USB ports would have been nice. I have adapted though, I got a small USB C docking station that provides 3 additional USB ports, so while I hate having to connect a peripheral to have more USB ports, it suffices. Overall I like this laptop, it is definitely better than the old Toshiba I had. So far it is performing well. It boots up quickly and runs well. I purchased it in November 2025, and started using it in January 2026. It's a good laptop at a good value.

Unbeatable value—handles modern AAA titles like Battlefield 6 effortlessly and doubles as a serious creative workstation.
