A: The answer from Anker is incorrect. I bought this device before getting the answer. Now I know. The correct answer is that this device requires a USB charger which does not come with the device. So you recharge the device using a 5 Volt USB charger. If that charger is designed for 110/220 Volt then this device can go anywhere in the world. BTW it charges my Google phone to 100%. Great device.
