If your screen has bad pixels or a shadow image, consider it handled

If you have at least three pixels that are always the same color or a ghost image that won't go away, we'll get your screen looking like new.

You're covered if there's a power surge or fluctuation that damages your product. This includes a surge caused by a lightning strike.

Disclaimers

1. This benefit starts after the manufacturer’s warranty expires.

2. Replacement may be with a new or refurbished product of like kind and quality that is of comparable performance.

3. Service fee will not be charged for any claim that we fulfill that is also covered under the manufacturer warranty, any entitlement to the no Lemon Benefit, any rework necessary if we are alerted within [30 days] of completing a repair or replacement on a prior claim.

4. Service fee shall be based on the non-discounted Best Buy retail price of the covered device at time of purchase.
