1. Geek Squad Complete Protection as well as standalone Loss and Theft Coverage are not available in the state of New York.
2. A Deductible will apply to all Loss and Theft insurance claims and the amount shall be based on the non-discounted Best Buy retail price of the covered device at the time of purchase. Loss and Theft insurance can also be purchased separately — not part of Geek Squad Complete Protection.
3. A Service Fee will apply to all claims where we replace your device or provide you with a gift card for its value and the amount of the Service Fee shall be based on the non-discounted Best Buy retail price of the covered device at the time of purchase.
