Was looking for a smart phone that didn't cost much and here it was. Easy to navigate and access the apps that are ore installed and which were downloaded. Color is sharp and camera is OK.

I purchased the BLU Neo 4.5 phone in Black this February, from bestbuy.com. Once I received the phone, I saw that it had come with a few accessories, in its black case. It was Unlocked, like it specified on the site, and I connected it reasonably quickly with my carrier, MetroPCS, the same day I got the phone. I have used it for almost two months now, and it has worked fine, thus far. I have personalized it to fit my needs, and hope it works for at least a year from now. I usually use Samsung phones, but I wanted to see what BLU was like. I am satisfied with my purchase.

I would recommend to anyone looking for a inexpensive phone. Very easy to set up. The dual Sim helps with people who travel out of the country and the processor and speed of the phone is not bad for the price. The only low point would be the camera.
