A really fast fast laptop for it’s value. I didn’t expect that. I have multiple pages and websites open and still its performance is really good. The battery life is really good but not excellent. This laptop its not only for work and college but also the user can play some games for example Forza Horizon,Counter strike etc. The display is amazing and the touch screen is working perfectly without any delay.

Had a cheaper gateway laptop for about 2 years before this one which had more ram 16GB. This Dell has superior sound and much better display. The only downfall is all the extra bloat software. With the bare minimum ram 8GB. Touch screens are great for laptops. Easy to zoom in on web pages.

It has not let me down once even when coding in R programming or streaming videos. The battery life is great, allowing me to go 4 classes on it while taking notes and then still have some power left over. I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend this laptop to anyone.

But the week I used it was great. It is very sleek, and the blue color is gorgeous. The screen is a perfect size for regular everyday activities. I use it for school work mostly so I cannot speak to whether you can play games on it. But it was overall a great laptop for the price. My dog enjoyed chewing her bone next to it.

- A:Answer Hi there, the fan does get loud sometimes but not horribly loud. Just enough that I notice it. The RYZEN is what I purchased and it’s fine. It seems to play well with all the applications I need (basic office use).. My IT guy said it wasn’t worth the extra $50 to get Intel Core i7. (I got mine on sale).

Q: QuestionI attempt to power on but it didn't, I then placed it to charge via 1 of the 2 type C ports (the closest one to hdmi port). Still didn,t turn on after. Aren't both type C port charging enabled or just 1 ? Or do I have a possible defective unit ?
