Great Charger
||Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.I am a general contractor and I use this for emergency charging of my cordless tools. To date, the biggest draw was a Milwaukee 18volt 12 amp hour (big) battery. Zero to full charge in 1 hour and 15 minutes. The inverter barely got warm. 5 Stars.

Worth it
||Posted .Owned for 5 months when reviewed.Perfect for my car. I use this when I have long days at school or I’m probably out and may need to hurry and submit an assignment. My laptop maybe low on battery so I plug this in and work away. It has two USB ports so whenever someone comes into my car they are able to charge their devices. So this is actually perfect for any scenario.

Q: QuestionThis work with a small air compressor???
Asked by Richi.
- A:Answer It depends on the wattage the air compressor draws. This inverter can support 175 watts peak, and 150 watts continuous. If the air compressor draws more than 150 watts, this inverter will not be able to support the device.

Q: QuestionDoes it take 175W when I connect a 45watt charger for my Mac? Or does it know to only take 45W from the car battery? Does connecting this inverter automatically takes 175W even nothing is plugged in? Thanks in advance.
Asked by Lill.
- A:Answer Connecting a computer should be ok since they don’t use that much energy. I think it starts draining power as soon as connects because the conector tends to get hot after a while even when nothing is plugged in. Not sure the amount of watts pulling out of the battery thou.

Q: QuestionCan this adaptor be used to run a CPap . Need one that will run on Dc. Power. While camping, I have a 12 volt plug like in a car and runs off the house batteries
Asked by Gi.
- A:Answer Good question. This is an "inverter", and it is used to energize 120-volt A/C devices. You don't need this to operate a 12-volt D/C device. Plug you C-pap machine into the lighter socket in your vehicle.
