Q: Does this require a water hookup, or how does it get the water for the steam cleaning?
A: Hi Alan - Thanks for reaching out and for your patience! We truly appreciate you considering this fantastic double-oven range for your home and are happy to offer you some guidance in this. This range does not require any water connection or special kits to operate the very helpful Steam Clean cycle! When performing a Steam Clean, you will simply wipe up any excess grease or soil, pour 1 cup of water in the oven, and select Steam Clean. After 30 minutes, soil on the racks and interior of the oven will be loosened and can then be wiped off with a soapy dishcloth. You can find instructions on operating this cycle on page 18 of your Use and Care Manual. We hope that this helps to clarify! -Eliza@GEA
A: No you have to purchase grate from Amazon
Q: Can you roast a turkey in these ovens, or are they too small? What size turkey would be the maximum?
A: Yes! I roasted a 22 lb turkey in the bottom part of this oven. The top wouldn't hold it due to the heating coil but this is an amazing spacious oven. I use for my family of 7.
Q: Double-Oven is on Electric or one Electric and second on Gas.

A: Our installer said it would smell at first as it was burning off some oil used for protection. He had us run it for half an hour before using it, and we still noticed some lingering odor for a day or two. Now it seems fine.

Great stove/double oven, great price
This appliance has fulfilled all expectations thus far. I love the dual-oven feature, and the stove-top griddle feature has turned out to be a pleasant surprise that I’m not sure how we did without before. Stovetop is easy to clean, has tons of burner space, and the griddle can be swapped out for a conventional stovetop grill (which I purchased separately at a reasonable price, also from Best Buy). The only mild, insignificant complaint is that the timer doesn’t count down seconds when you first activate it, which is annoying but trivial. Would highly recommend this unit.

Nice stove.
It is a great stove, love the air fry oven and also it is great having 2 ovens. The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is the 2 oven doors are misaligned, they are off about a half inch. (photos show door misalignment) It is very easy to use.
