A: Hello there - we checked the information for this unit, and we can confirm that the knobs have different settings depending on the burner. -- One of the knobs have the following settings: *Lo (Low) *Sim (Simmer) *Med (Medium) *Hi (High). -- Other knobs have a Lo - Hi setting with 1-6 in between. Another knob has similar settings but with 3, 5, and 7 in between the Lo and Hi, with an additional Med setting. I love my GE oven and range!
The GE Profile oven and range is great! We love the looks of it and it cooks and bakes like a dream. Love it! My only complaint is we had to download the manual, instead of getting a nice bound copy.
