Great range, but NOT counter depth
A++++ on everything functional and (mostly) aesthetic. I can't say enough positive things about this range related to time-to-temp, look & feel (gorgeous), etc., etc. In terms of most of the functions - the oven, the burners, etc. - it is actually better than a Thermador range that we bought for my mom's house (which was more expensive). There is one weakness about this range that is unchangeable - it is not counter depth (it is 28 1/4" deep). I didn't think to check the depth when I was buying it because I've purchased a lot of ranges, and nearly all slide-in style ranges are counter depth (even cheaper ones, and certainly high-ish end like this), so I was surprised when we installed it. It sticks out ~3 inches from the edge of the countertop, which may not sound like a lot, but when you renovate an entire kitchen, it sticks out like a bit of a sore thumb. The deepness also impacts one of cabinets a bit (bc it is in the corner next to the range), which isn't ideal. I'd still recommend it, but know that it isn't counter depth.

Pricey but well worth it
Absolutely amazing. Like a rock and all moving parts are smooth. All touch surfaces are sleek and don't show smudges or fingerprints. The flame is wide and works best with larger pans. Gets very hot, very quickly. The large brass burner on the left is best for both large and small pans as it heats from center and outside. We just got it so I haven't used the oven yet but everything slides nice and the weighted door will help prevent accidents. We are going to enjoy this for a lot of years.

A terrible and horrible customer service
Terrible where I can look at it, in November I bought a Viking stove and a Kitchenaid microwave, the kitchen has a fan defect, the supposed technicians that Best Buy sends came to see it and told me that you have to change it... I went to the store and they offered me to change it for another of the Monogram brand that came with a microwave as a gift and the delivery was going to be within the next 15 days, all this was on November 14 approximately ... today we are on January 31, they made me waste a lot of time because every rescheduling of the delivery I They announced it the same day that the product was to be delivered... because either they remembered the same day that I didn't have it or I don't know... A waste of time, money and patience since with every step that Ebay took back I lost hours talking to the agents on the phone.... And they lied to me... I got to the point that a supervisor attended me or supposed supervisor promised me that he had already fixed everything.. and nothing happened... today, February 31, I had scheduled the delivery only of the stove between 8 and 12 (I must take my son to school) they arrived at 7:30 I was coming back they didn't call me before coming and they tell me that they can only wait for me 15 minutes.... I waited 3 months wasting time... above all it was just the delivery not the installation because best buy couldn't do things well for a customer and put everything together... a terrible experience. And I've still been using a defective 6200-dollar stove and a microwave that makes sparks since November...
