After a LONG wait I am very happy to use my new chef’s range. It’s that simple - taking your home cooking tools to the max. (If you have a recommended hood). I have taken my cooking to a whole new level. Cooking proteins at a high heat with butter, oil or on a cast iron grill is simply amazing. You get the crust, or sear, you have desired in a home kitchen. The heat control is precise and allows for quick flame or slow cook methods. The low heat settings are something I will use for a lifetime. Cook your sauce or dish and put it on the “back burner” on extra low heat all day. The oven…well…its a oven. No bells and whistles, but it cooks evenly and high temps are accurate. Cook on the range top…finish in the oven… just like Gordon Ramsey would. The downside…Out of Box experience F. Burners not working correctly, Tip Guard wasn’t included or installed. The cleaning process on the range top and the oven are not easy. The range top doesn’t like overflow and sticky substances. I have tried all products from Weiman’s, BarKeeper’s Friend and Norwex and still have issues getting backed on YUK to come off. I reluctantly am going to order the Thermador brand cleaner, but feel this should not be needed. Make a surface that is easily cleaned. Have I recommended this range? Yes, yes, yes. With reservation, however, after the delivery process which took well over six months with seemingly no concern from Thermador. My Best Buy agent did the absolute most he could do to make it a positive experience, but in the end Thermador get’s an F on delivery and concern.

I usually do not write reviews, but I had to on this range. I was deciding between the Wolf stove and the Thermador, and there weren't too many reviews on either one. The Thermador had a better savings package. I did not want to buy another stove in five years, so I decided on the Thermador. My friend had both stoves and loved them equally. I can tell you that the burners heat up very quickly and are easy to clean. A simmer setting XLO on the knobs works excellent to keep your dish hot but not burn it. I don't use the fifth middle burner as much as I thought, but it's great to have. I opted for the blue knobs to match my kitchen. There are three racks inside the oven. I am often removing one of them, but it is roomy enough for a turkey, and I am beyond satisfied with my purchase. Best Buy's tech team that installed all my items were kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable.

Moved and left my Viking behind. Was looking at a cheaper stove, but couldn’t find one in stock. Out of frustration, I spent above budget. I am so happy that I did. Five burners! Not crowded! Convection is magic. The searing works wonderfully. Best part is the insulation. I’ve cranked it to 500 and couldn’t feel any heat. Sold! Best stoved I’ve owned. Bonus: star flames.

This is a beautiful range. Burners are excellent. Easy to clean. Good quality material.

We purchased the 30-Inch Pro Harmony® Standard Depth Gas Range (PRG305WH/01) in May last year and have had an issue with the range even before we turned it on. We remodeled our kitchen and had our contractors install the range, but we need to remove the oven door to bring it inside the house. However, we could not place the oven door back on. NOTE: DO NOT REMOVE THE OVEN DOOR EVER!!! We called Thermador to service the issue which was under warranty and the tech was able to fix it, but with great difficulty. Fast forward to June 2020. Another issue with the oven. Natural gas would build up inside the oven then a loud thump when the oven would ignite...this was happening for a month, but at irregular times. Finally, we had an incident when my wife was preheating the oven. We thought the oven was already warm, but when our friend opened the oven door flames shot out and singe her hair. Luckily it was minor. We called Thermador for another repair and it turned out to be the igniter. To replace the igniter the oven door had to be removed. The igniter repair looked okay, but the technician could not place the oven door back. He struggled for 15 minutes. He dropped the heavy oven door on the kitchen floor several times. So, the oven door and the hinges are now damaged. He ordered a new door and a pair of hinges. He'll be back in another week. UGH!!! I called Thermador to see if they can just replace the whole thing, but they said that they would only considered a replacement if they service the same issue four times. I have three different issues in 13 months. Also, the "Preheating" indicator is a terrible design...the tiny blue light seems like its always on. We had to buy a separate oven thermometer to tell us the exact temperature within the oven. We should have considered something else.

Great stove. Just cleaning is not as easy: it marks easily with hot water when dropped at the stove surface.

I hate to write a bad review, but this is for other people who are considering to buy this because it is Thermador. I will not cover the installation nightmare I had to go through here. I would give -100 stars if I include installation craps BestBuy put me through. Anyway, for this product review, the unit had a non-functioning burner right out of the box. I had two choices: exchange with a new one or repair it through Thermador. I chose to repair since the exchange will take another month and I did not want to go through BestBuy for another round of installation. I should have just exchanged it. My biggest regret here. So, after a few weeks after installation, Thermador guy came in and took a look. He said there was an issue with an igniter and had to order new part, which took 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, he came in and installed it quickly, then works fine. After ~ 1 month, the same burner has another issue. This time, the igniter would not stop running. The spark keeps igniting. I called Thermador and asked for another service. he will come next week, so I am hoping he can solve the issue quickly. Fingers crossed. In any case, I had a GE range for 13 yrs before this one, and I had no issues at all. I owned Thermador for 2 months, and I had to call the service guy twice. You figure. I would not recommend Thermador range. I also would not recommend BestBuy either. BestBuy+Thermador make the experience worst ever. Just stay away with these two.

Amazing product, allowing ultimate control over the heat while cooking on the stove. The ultra low simmer is cool - it automatically turns on and off to maintain a simmer. Perfect rice. Haven't had a chance to use the oven yet. Downside: supply chain. We ordered (and paid) for the range in March, just received it in October. Best Buy was a great at keeping us informed and worked with us on the installation.

This oven is amazing. We love the way it cooks, and the burners are worth the price.

received the new range and it does not work properly so sending it back and getting a replacement. It has taken weeks for the replacement and we have been without a working oven.

Love it! Looks and works great. After using the oven, be prepared for the cooling fan to run longer while cooling down the appliance.

This is a great appliance. The burners produce much more heat and the convection part of the oven cooks items much faster. It has a bit of an industrial feel and appearance, which I like.

Just received our stove and we ordered iit in March. It took a long time to get but it looks beautiful. It’s sturdy and well built and I can’t wait for my wife to use it…lol…

Pretty range that has 5 burners. Middle burner is very hot so gives options.

There is a reason why Thermadore are one of the best ranges out there. Cant say enough about the team.
