Hello there - we checked the information for this unit, and we can confirm that the knobs have different settings depending on the burner. -- One of the knobs have the following settings: *Lo (Low) *Sim (Simmer) *Med (Medium) *Hi (High). -- Other knobs have a Lo - Hi setting with 1-6 in between. Another knob has similar settings but with 3, 5, and 7 in between the Lo and Hi, with an additional Med setting. Finally, the 3rd knob from left to right is used to turn on the oven light, and it only has an On and Off setting. -- We hope this was helpful, and please reach out to us on social media if we can assist you further.
