Excellent and convenient device here. Perfect for when your hands are messy or full. I can do everything on this watch except browse the web! I can even set my home alarm from my watch not to mention answer calls or text even when my phone is somewhere it shouldn't be visible like a meeting.

I was hesitant to purchase this watch, a 38mm stainless steel with Milanese band but I'm glad I did. The weight, feel and look is just what I wanted. It doesn't feel cheap like the aluminum model. I got the certified refurbished unit and it was in perfect condition and working order. I'm very happy with the features especially the ease of getting the weather. Sound and microphone are perfect, no problems on either end for sound clarity. The Milanese band looks good but does pull the hair on my arm, I chose to replace it, otherwise it is perfect.

I was using a Fitbit before purchasing the Apple. This watch leaves Fitbit in the dust. Great functionality. The watch is a well designed and useful tool.

I ordered a refurbished Apple Watch 38mm from bestbuy.com for a good price. The price was 20% less than a new one. It arrived ahead of the scheduled arrival date. When I opened the box, it was like brand new. I fell in love with the watch right away. I previously got a Samsung gear but I just could not love it the same as an Apple Watch. By the way, one of the Geek Squad helped me with the set-up. It came with the package.

I love this apple watch! it is amazing, i can talk on it, text on it and do almost everything my phone can. It is very futuristic and it goes with all of my apple products. The only downside is i feel like i should have gotten the 42mm version as it is sometimes quite small to use. But overall good product and good watch.

the screen is nice and bright; quality build and very useful with notifications. would have preferred the 42 mm case but this one is nice if you prefer smaller watches.

I tried on the 42mm and it was too bulky. This 38mm watch is just right. Plus I saved money by buying the first gen. I don't need the fastest best out there. I love getting notifications on the watch.
