Nice collectors piece
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the lightsaber, the speaker isnt as loud as a lot of people have told me or in videos, but it sounds good. The website says AA batteries but when i opened the packaging it required AAA batteries. The hilt is a good weight and it is big but not as big as people make it seem.

Good Form, not function
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a good display piece, but the handle is just... way too big. It's not really usable for anything but displaying it. The ignition is a slide switch instead of using one of the buttons that exist in the design already. The blade doesn't detach.

Fantastic
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Definitely one of my favorite black series lightsabers. The curved metal hilt stands out with phenomenal quality. The only downside would be the effort to hear the non-mellifluous sounds that it makes As a display piece 10/10

At long last, Dooku's saber!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had missed out on Dooku's lightsaber years ago and was glad it got reissued! Love the curved hilt - I collect them, and the feel and heft of this one is nice, unique compared to the others out there: you can't help but swing it in the curved motions that you see Dooku do in the movies.

Q: Questionis the blade detachable
Asked by chuck.
- A:Answer No, it is permanently attached. The only ones currently being made/sold new with detachable blades are the new (pricier) Force FX Elite lightsabers and “Legacy Lightsabers” sold exclusively inside Galaxy’s Edge Star Wars Land in the Hollywood Studios theme park in Disney World. As far as the Force FX Elite lightsabers go, as of right now, only the Kylo Ren one is available, with Emperor Palpatine’s coming in October. The “Legacy Lightsabers” and the old Master Replica versions with detachable blades can be found on EBay. That was probably a whole lot more than you wanted to know - sorry!
