No, it is permanently attached. The only ones currently being made/sold new with detachable blades are the new (pricier) Force FX Elite lightsabers and “Legacy Lightsabers” sold exclusively inside Galaxy’s Edge Star Wars Land in the Hollywood Studios theme park in Disney World. As far as the Force FX Elite lightsabers go, as of right now, only the Kylo Ren one is available, with Emperor Palpatine’s coming in October. The “Legacy Lightsabers” and the old Master Replica versions with detachable blades can be found on EBay. That was probably a whole lot more than you wanted to know - sorry!
