The floor scrubber/shampooer actually did a pretty good job. I have three dogs. Removing the dirty water canister is slightly difficult you have to balance to handle while using both hands to pick the container up as there is no handle on the dirty water container. A minor problem when trying to refill the water, the cap would not come off in the open position, I readjusted several times but had to pull out a flathead screwdriver to pry the cap Off jabbing myself and my hand.
After avoiding a near death accident, I continued to clean the floor and it did a very good job.
Then, came the attachments. You need to be a gymnast or be extremely flexible. Your vision must be very good and again you will need the screwdriver and possibly face another near death experience. After figuring out how to connect it all together, bending upside down, sitting on the floor , disassembling the shampooer, finally you think the attachments are connected, wrong they are not, repeat, disassemble, recheck attachments. But as usual the attachments are almost useless. No surprises most attachments are useless. First the instructions are ridiculous, hard to understand, the imagery is very tiny, difficult and confusing . I would give the attachments NEGATIVE 5. If you have no steps or unhulstery or no use for attachments I would definitely recommend the shampooer on just floors. Sadly I sent my husband to Best Buy to purchase this today after two days of research.
