Q: Is this a max-q graphics card laptop or a full sized one?
A: See my review posted 5/6/19. This is a Max-Q RTX 2070. There are 2 versions of the Max-Q RTX 2070 and the one in this laptop is the faster version that clocks at 1185mhz with a factory boost to 1305mhz. There is very little overhead for OC due to the tdp of the motherboard and bios locks. That being said it is still the best boom for the buck I've found and an amazing gaming machine.
