When I first bought the Insignia Switch Go Case, I actually considered returning it the moment I got it home.
The more I looked at it, and my new switch, the more I was worried that the case would be too small, and put pressure on my beautiful new console. However, I decided to be fair and give it a 1-day trial. Turns out I was wrong, and glad of it.
The Switch Go Case gives me exactly what I need, and (almost) nothing extraneous. It provides ample, yet snug space for my switch, with plenty of clearance for the screen. There is a flap that serves to protect the screen, secure the console in place, and provides storage for up to 10 games. The only down side is that there's an accessories pouch in the top that I honestly don't ever see using. About the only accessory I own that would fit easily in there is the strap attachment, and I don't honestly bring those with me very often. It feels like it was just added to fill space in the case, and I don't really see myself using it much.
While this isn't the case for those who wish to take the entire system, dock, accessories, and all with them to tournaments or friends' houses, this is the perfect commuter case for those of us who enjoy getting in a few minutes searching out Shrines, or collecting Stars on our lunch break, or getting in a few games of Mario Kart on the train.
Overall, if you want something that slips easily into your bag, holds your Switch securely, and doesn't break the bank, the Switch Go Case from Insignia is exactly what you need.
