Don't question it, Just get it!!
||Posted .The deluxe edition is only $20. If you're a big fan of kingdom hearts, this is a no-brainer! Comes with a pin, steelbook, and artbook. I also love the exclusive packaging with the foil and embossed lettering! I think the artbook is a bit basic, but I love the front/back covers! I do an unboxing video of this product VS the standard edition on my channel lil rice muncher gaming on youtube if you would like to compare.

Great for beginners but not advised
||Posted .I adore the franchise and series. The game is the EASIEST of the series and filled with cutscenes but the gameplay is a wonderful combination of new and older games

Very good game but not for newcomers
||Posted .It’s a great game but you won’t understand anything if you don’t play the other games in the series.

Good Conclusion to the Trilogy*
||Posted .If you haven't played Kingdom Hearts, start there. You will be absolutely lost starting at 3 as the story is progressive. Fortunately for you (we didn't have this luxury until a few years back) Square Enix and placed all previous Kingdom Hearts titles in "The Story So Far," I highly recommend picking it up before attempting to play 3. To the review: Kingdom Hearts 3 is easier than previous titles and easier to complete than previous titles. I call this point neutral as there are different difficulty settings and you can ignore "kupo coins" (instant revives). Kingdom Hearts 3 is shorter than 2 but still has a good chunk of gameplay. I feel that with all of the commands the gameplay feels easy and smooth. They keep coming up with an excuse for Sora to be less powerful, but the easiness contradicts that a bit. The gummi ship sections are actually fun this time around. I found them to be a chore in one and just fun enough not to mind in 2. In 3, I was actively completing missions and building my ideal ship. The leveling system is fun and the missions are rewarding. There are also a lot of minigames in Kingdom Hearts 3. Most are relatively easy, but you do have to master most for completion. Fortunately, this shouldn't take more than 30 mins to an hr for each game to completion. And most of the minigames are fun though there are a few that are pretty frustrating when getting close to the high score. The story is just what you would expect from a Kingdom Hearts game. If you like Kingdom Hearts, why haven't you bought this yet? If you haven't tried Kingdom Hearts read first paragraph. If you don't like Kingdom Hearts why are you here? I feel that there are no middle grounders, you will either thoroughly enjoy this game or not like it at all.

A Satusfying Conclusion
||Posted .Kingdom Hearts III is the culmination of over a decade of games spanning multiple consoles, and I’m happy to say that the wait was well worth it. The graphics are mesmerizing and the different worlds are massive compared to other entries in the series. The addition of PIXAR characters created an abundance of memorable experiences with characters I grew up with. It is simply a joy to play. Yet, it is not without its flaws. The addition of key blade transformations, Disney attractions, etc. are amazing spectacles that are a great deal of fun to use. . . At first. These quickly create an easy way to defeat enemies that I used less and less as I progressed throughout the game due to the fact that they were creating a repetitive gameplay loop. Furthermore, some of the dialogue is still poorly written but it’s far better than what we have come to expect in the series. Square-Enix also made the baffling decision to reveal every Disney world before release which was frankly disappointing and took the wonder out of discovering new worlds while playing. The game also is entirely confusing for anyone who has not played basically every single game in the franchise. The summaries found in the in-game theater provide a little bit of information but not enough to fully help new players understand the game. Overall, Kingdom Hearts III is a great game that is full of charm, exploration, and memorable moments that is simply a must have for fans of the series. The deluxe edition also has a beautiful steelbook, an official Disney pin trading pin, an art book, and the standard box art.

Love this game
||Posted .Kingdom hearts 1 came out in 2002, the same year my son was born. He was no more than 4 years old when we played through the first two games. That began a lifelong obsession with this series. He has played through each game many, many times. He can (and often has) talk for hours about the story and his feelings about it to anyone willing to listen, and even those who aren't. My son and I both have autism, so with us obsessions run very, very deep. He has truly waited 3/4 of his life for this game. Next week he turns 17 and this is the absolute best present he could ever ask for. I had to order 2 copies so I would be able to play. When we got it in the mail today his eyes lit up and immediately started playing it. Many hours later he is still enthralled. I've only interrupted once to ask if it was everything he ever dreamt of. He says it's close, so far its amazing. To those people who are giving one star reviews simply because they haven't gotten their keyblade codes yet (its still launch day!), grow up and have some patience. Dont give negative feedback before you even play the game. Wait a while and it will show up. We got ours today and they both work perfectly fine.
