Q: QuestionWhen units are stacked on a pedestal, approx. how many inches from flr. to controls on top unit?I'm 5'3" and live alone. I want to know if the controls on the top unit will be difficult to set/read if used with a pedestal? I need the pedestal to eliminate bending to load bottom unit.
Asked by Char.
- A:Answer As it turns out, we cannot recommend to stack two units on one pedestal. Each laundry unit should have its own pedestal. The controls would be very high up, please feel free to contact LG Customer Service at (800) 243-0000 or visit the support section of our website at www.LG.com/us/support for assistance.

Q: QuestionWhen stacking the LG units, can the dryer be placed on bottom and washer on top?
Asked by char.
- A:Answer I don't think this is a good idea. Water is heavier than hot air. You would want the washer on bottom.

Q: Questiondo you have to buy a pedestal for the LG washing machines ?

Q: QuestionIf water never releases where is the drain trap located?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer You can drain from the bottom left corner of your washer. There is a hose with a plug at the tip. Be prepared for a lot of water. We use pie plates and measuring cups since it is so low to the ground.
