Q: QuestionI haven't used my K780 keyboard in a couple of months. I plugged it back in using the usb port and now the F3 key is flashing and I can't get the keyboard to work. I also replaced the batteries on the keyboard.
Asked by LE.
- A:Answer I know that the F1, F2 & F3 determine which device you are connected too this Keyboard will connect to 3 different devices Try Pushing The F1 key Logitec does not give you much information to work with

Q: QuestionHow do you open the back, designated storage and I am assuming where the batteries get replaced?
Asked by Joy325.
- A:Answer The battery compartment cover is very tightly in place. I found that the easiest thing to do is to hold the keyboard upside down so that the battery compartment is at the top, get my fingernails into the crack at the top of the cover and slide it firmly downwards. The little divot in the cover to do this with is fairly useless. Having said that, who wants a loose, floppy battery cover anyway?

Q: QuestionWhat do you use in place of the F2mkey on regular keyboard?
Asked by Joe.
- A:Answer So I think you are asking about the F1, F2 & F3 keys. The default behaviour is to select your connected device. When using with a Windows pc, You need to download the Logitech options software. This will allow you to set the f-lock so that the F keys function as regular F keys. If not, you will need to press and hold the fn key (bottom left) to use the F row as Fkeys. Poor design by Logitech in my opinion. I have this keyboard for about 3 weeks now I like it other than this silly setup to use the F1 keys Hope that helps.

Q: QuestionI just opened and started using my keyboard yesterday. The keyboard will randomly type the letter "i" as if it's stuck. I've played around with the key, but it doesn't seem to be stuck at all. None of the other keys/letters are doing this.
Asked by LetterTypingItself.
- A:Answer Sounds like a Bug!! I suggest you download the latest firmware and software to keep the device as bug free as possible. https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024689274--Downloads-K780-Multi-Device-Wireless-Keyboard
