The only way this appliance could be better is if it unloaded itself. I have been a lifelong Kitchenaid advocate and this Maytag matches operation and features of much more expensive dishwashers AND it still retains the soft food disposer that most (even way more expensive) units abandoned . This maytag has adjustable racks, very quiet operation, 10 year parts warranty, and all the cycles one could need. I only have one small quibble, it has no rinse hold cycle, but if you need that, one model up has that included. I have total tech, so installation was no cost, and Tim and his assistant were on time, kept me posted on delivery timeline, installed quickly, and were very neat. I will always rave about Best Buy delivery and installation and continue to recommend it.

Does the job so can't really say anything bad. Looks sleek, adjustable height is a nice feature to make it fit well under counters. Much quieter than previous 10+ yr old dishwasher we replaced. Happy with purchase but as for reliability only time will tell.
