• Any computer that comes with Windows 10 in S mode can be turned off. It is a one way street though, you can never return to S mode. S mode exists to keep the computer completely secure.

• It only lets you dl MS apps. It wouldn't let me download some Google apps, like hangouts. Same with the Chromebooks.. Chromebooks don't let you DL MS apps.
