I spent a lot of time searching for the perfect laptop for me within a certain price range. At the time I purchased it, there were only a couple reviews and they were not very specific. Albeit they were positive. Positives: - 1tb of storage - 8gb of ram - beautiful color - sleek style - price Negatives: - buttons feel and look cheaply made - keyboard is not backlit (As well, my left click button broke on the left side about 2 weeks of having her ) - hinge for screen feels too flexible which has concerned me when opening or closing - battery doesn't last nearly as long as advertised even on low brightness and running only 1 program, such as the internet browser Overall: I am in a love/hate relationship with her. I had already moved my life onto the computer when the left click button broke while clicking a link one day. She runs Illustrator and Photoshop like a champ, and I haven't had trouble running multiple tabs in a browser. Otherwise, I probably would have brought her back. She wasn't badly priced on her own, but I have a 2 year geek squad plan which brought cost to over $500. So I'm little miffed that a button broke from regular use for that price, but I decided to see if anything else starts messing up or breaking before taking her in. It has now been a bit over 2 months of use, and so far nothing new has broken. I have to use the touchpad for clicking the mouse and dragging objects versus the left mouse button, but it's not much of an adjustment.

I was drawn to this laptop because of the 1TB of storage and because I did not like the touchscreen options. After setting up the laptop using voice recognition already included in the OS, it reboots at a reasonable time. I use the laptop for uploading YouTube videos, checking emails, watching videos, and writing documents (MS Word, Excel, MS Project) and storing files. The only thing that bothers me about this laptop is the USB connectors. There are two on the left side of the laptop but none on the other side. I do voiceovers and my cords that I use to connect to my microphone is short so I have to turn the laptop in awkward angles. Overall, the laptop is working great and the price was a deal.

I got this on sale and absolutely love it! Cortana, the voice, was so simple in setting it up. It is very light and the battery lasts 7 hrs or alittle more. Windows 10 is extremely easy and user-friendly. I always use and enjoy HP products. Mine have always been reliable at a good price. It was simple to connect my HP wireless printer

This laptop is all I need for my real estate business, however at the beginning it was very slow but after I completed all Windows 10 updates, it got a lot faster. Great size and light weight to take it on my trips.

The laptop is really perfect for my needs. I need it for some office work and updating documents and filling forms and browsing. The laptop is very lightweight and easy to carry around. Just love it. Perfect for my needs.

I bought this computer for my daughter for school and it’s worth every penny. Great computer awesome speed and great storage capacity. Lightway and very easy to use. Love it.

It is such a amazing laptop,I bought as I needed it for work as i work from home and i just fell in love with it. I even play games on it.

Enjoy the laptop. But wish it had a CD drive. Geek Squad was very helpful.

I bought this laptop on February 7th, 2019 and as of yesterday March 21st it's already been sent back to the manufacturer twice for a hard drive replacement because it keeps failing. I had it just barely 48 hours after getting it back from being repaired and it failed AGAIN. Neither Best Buy or the manufacturer will refund me my money for the inconvenience so that maybe I could just purchase a whole new laptop. This has been the worst experience ever.

After my Mac laptop died, I knew I needed a computer but spending a ton of money was not an option. This was the right price and had a decent amount of memory. Having used macs my whole life, I was worried about setting this up and using it but it's been very easy to use. The battery lasts a decent amount of time and it's quick enough for me. I really only use the computer for Microsoft Office, photoshop, iTunes and the internet. This fit my needs perfectly.

I find that his laptop is really good for students as it is light weight, has a pretty efficient battery life, has a lot of storage for pictures and documents, and it is also budget friendly. If you do not want to spend too much money on a laptop, I would really recommend this one because although it is not perfect,you get your money’s worth.

I like the small formfactor of the laptop without sacrificing for power. It is a beautiful laptop for conferences due to the fact that it is light weight. Has a lot of storage and good amount of RAM. It is good laptop for the money I got mine on sale. lots of storage space (1TB)

I picked this up for $349.99, A really good price for a 1TB, Intel core i3 with 8GB of memory. It keeps up with my everyday browsing and task. Pretty fast and the best part is that it's light! I love the silver/gold finish to it! I would recommend this to anyone that needs a good, fast, light intel i3. You wont regret it!

Highly impressed with this lap top. Wish I would have bought earlier. It's light weight, battery lasts pretty long, it's fast with 8 gb ram and lots of storage at 1 terabytes. The grafics are great. Lastly, the price was incredible. If you need a new lap top or upgrading, this is highly recommended.

If you plan to use it for college work (web browsing MS Office), then this is the laptop for you. light weight, small makes it convenient to carry it around. Good enough for what I needed. If you into gaming or hardcore photoshop, CAD or any of that, I would suggest getting something else.

We were looking for a laptop with lots of hard drive space and memory. We were not needing a touch screen. This one was a good balance of size, cost , and performance. I believe it was on sale as the touch screen version was another $100 or so. It was quick and easy to set up.

For an inexperienced technology user, this is a good user friendly laptop. The screen is bright and the keyboard works well. Its weight is light enough to carry in a large purse and the safety is not an issue when it is closed. Even without using an external mouse the keyboard is user friendly and very visible. The mouse however enhances the speed of typing and movement from site to site and allows for easy access between programs which is important for a new user. The memory is sufficient for my needs and the operating system works well.
