I picked this up open box item, so it was what II consider a very good price. I'm not a heavy user or a gamer, so it works great for my needs. I do use Zwift (cycling training program), which requires some graphics abilities, and the HP works great. Overall I'm very happy with it.

I needed a laptop asap and couldn't afford an expensive one at the time so I saw this one and it looks more expensive than it cost. I wish the sound was louder and the screen was a bit brighter but hey, beggers cant be choosers. Very satisfied with it and it's perfect for school!

This is an excellent device, this is more likely tailored to the students and casual gaming range. The design of the computer is beautiful, the screen is one of the best things at this price. 1 TB its almost impossible to find in this category and also it comes with Intel Core i3!!

I was looking for an entry level laptop that gave me good features at a good price point. This unit fits the bill perfectly. The only negative is it takes a little long to start up. After it gets going it is pretty quick and works well for my needs (email, web surfing...)

It's only been a few weeks since my purchase, but so far so good. Generally fast for daily functions (email, internet, etc). Streams video well. However, runs best when not too many tabs are open at the same time. All in all a good value. Hoping it stays that way.

(Written for my wife, who says...) I moved from an Apple product to this PC laptop, and I'm happy! Easy to use and just right for my purposes. And the Geek Squad was very patient and helpful in answering some of my rookie questions. I give this HP laptop 5 big ones!

Really like this computer! Plenty of space (1TB), pretty fast (8gB of RAM), like how small it is. Screen resolution is great too. Only thing I wish it had was another usb port (only has two), other than that this computer gets the job done and I'm very happy with it!

I purchased a 4 gig that seemed ok until I had several apps going at once, then it froze. Took it back and bought this 8 gig. Runs good, fast, and doesn't freeze up. I don't play games on it, so can't comment on that, but for daily use, it is very good.

I enjoy my HP 14” Laptop for Basic computer needs of checking emails, writing memos, and its my go-to for Income Tax purposes. Its 1TB of storage is what caught my eye. The Intel Core i3 processor and 8GB of RAM for easy multitasking is a plus.

I gave the salesman exactly what I was looking for and the product I got was exactly what I wanted. The only thing I might complain a little about is the keys on the key board are a little too flat but I will get use to them the longer I use it

This computer replaced one that had a dying battery. My daughter has it at school and is happy with it - especially the battery lifetime and processing speed. Was a bit leery of windows ten but it is working for her. Seems like a good purchase.

I wanted a laptop that was powerful, lightweight and could store a lot of photos and files but was also reasonably priced. I found it with this HP! It does everything I want it to and it's small enough that I can carry it in my large hand bag.

I've had this laptop for almost 2 years now. It works a million times better than my previous laptop and the price was reasonable. For an affordable laptop to do the basics I highly recommend this one.

Lots of speed and memory packed in a small lightweight package making it great for on-the-go folks. Only drawback has been the lack of a DVD/CD drive -- easily overcome with an external drive, but then that adds to the bulk of the carry-on.

Purchased for grad school use. This computer is very light weight and convenient when traveling from main campus to downtown. It is super fast and the sleek design superb.

We had a larger laptop at home but wanted one smaller to fit in a backpack to take with us to Florida for two months. It is lightweight and the keyboard is a good size for large hands. The display is amazing. We are happy.

This computer has a lot of nice features at a reasonable price. The keys are good size probably bigger than my 15.6 laptop. It's fast and does everything I need it to do. It's also very pretty! I love the color
