Right size and great keyboard. Easy to get set up. Only drawback is there is no CD drive.

Love the screen size and light weight. My daughter loves how fast she can go browse the web.

I tried the Chrome note book first but it did not install/run most of my programs. So i got this one and all has been working very smoothly. I was able to download and install any programs that I use. It takes a few minutes to boot up but otherwise, runs pretty quickly and have not had any issues. i do work on it and run several programs at once and so far, has not once froze. Have had now about 3 months.

Open box, bought it for $265. That was a steal. Didn’t pay for Best Buy extended warranty too much money compared to what I paid. Instead, HP offered a three year free repair, with free shipping, and three year tech support package for $79, for the whole three years! Now that’s a great deal! Computer works very well. I would like a little more speed, but very good for every day personal use.

I absolutely love this laptop. It’s super fast & easy to operate. The trade-off is definitely worth losing some of the features that I gave up & they are ones that I seldom used anyway, ie, touchscreen keyboard, backlight, etc. Also the quality of the HP brand assures that I’m purchasing a great & reliable product. The advertised price by BestBuy at the time of purchase was big factor as well.

This computer will handle any basic computing task with ease and can even play some less graphically taxing games. The keyboard feels great and the startup time isn't terrible despite not having a solid state drive. Biggest con on this laptop is the limited viewing angle of the screen and the relative lack of vibrance. Totally serviceable and gets the job done at a great price!

easy to use, lots of memory. I just wish it was a little lighter for travelling.

For around $350, this is a great laptop for the minimum required at school. I already have a great pc so I don’t ask much of this laptop besides some note taking and doing homework at college, and it handles this all well. It’s an i3 processor, so not the fastest, but not slow either. If you only need a laptop for school, I’d recommend saving your money and getting this one.

This PC was for my father-in-law who at 75 decided he needed an upgrade. We transferred all the information from his old PC, and immediately we saw the difference in how fast it was and the much better display clarity in comparison to a laptop 12 months older. IN general, greatly recommended for beginners and not heavy graphics. For casual every day use, it is a great laptop.

My old Dell finally needed to be replaced. I needed a basic computer for working from home, with enough speed to prevent frustration. In my research, ran across this HP at Best Buy for a price far lower than I expected. 1TB memory, runs at an advertised 2.2 GHz. It is lightweight, has a decent enough screen size, and it does the job. Very happy with this purchase.

amazing laptop , still mine after 3 years, never had issue . great battery till now , the only thing i am thinking about is adding SSD to make boot up faster , some times glitches bcz of the windows software and search systems, after all the best lap and high quality for very gd price
